Shawn is 26 years old. He started his martial arts training at a very young age with Dave Jackman's Kenpo where he received his black belt at the age of 12. Shawn not only serves as assistant instructor in our kickboxing program but is also an avid competitive kickboxing athlete.

Certified in First Aid, Shawn is also a Level 1 Coach as well as a Level 2 official with CASK.
